We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Tawfik Pharmacies ( 47a Ahmed Tayseer street, Ramo Center, Al Golf, Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt )

You can return your order within 14 days by passing by the nearest branch.

You must register a complaint while the delivery representative is present in front of you, with pictures and videos as evidence of the complaint submitted if it claims that there is a defect in the product sent to you.


If your complaint is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation message or email with code so as to be able to return the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or submitting any complaint will not be accepted.

If you have any issue that prevents you from coming in person to return the item you received, you must follow the following instructions after we agree to that and send an email from us proving our approval first that you follow this method:

  • Customer will be responsible for the shipping fees for all returned items in advance.
  • We inform you of the name of the shipping company through which you will send the item to us.
  • A quality check is done within 48 hours from the date we receive the products from the shipping company.
  • Packages and packing materials must be in their original condition.
  • It is required not to open the product.
  • In case, quality check accepted your returned item, products can be returned with a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the commodity if it is defective or does not conform to the specifications or the purpose for which it was purchased.
  • in case your return is rejected, you agree that we will send the product back to you again, and you will be responsible and pay the full shipping costs in advance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Recieving the order without submitting any complain means that you inspected the product clearly and didn't find any defect which means you agree that the product has no defects.

 

The refund will be the same as the payment method.



Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as products that are kept in the refrigerator and beauty products such as mascara, lipstick, blusher, powder, cocoa butter, nail polish, hair dyes, deodorants, etc.), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), all cosmetics, makeup and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items with promo codes or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
